Shipping Policy


SHIPPING - All purchases are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. Typically, packages arrive within 3-5 business days after processing. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Miss Caroline Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours for further assistance. For any shipping or delivery inquiries, please contact us at misscarolineboutique@outlook.com with your order number.

 

HOW TO CHECK ORDER STATUS - Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you do not receive your package within 5 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at misscarolineboutique@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
